Oopbuy costs beyond the spreadsheet price
A spreadsheet price gives you a starting point for comparing items. To see what you may pay altogether, follow that price through the goods order, parcel preparation and international freight. Keep delivery, packing and payment costs separate so you can recognize each charge when it appears and count it once.

| Cost | When it appears | What it covers | What to check next |
|---|---|---|---|
| Item price | When you select the option and quantity | The goods you choose | Compare the current selection with the spreadsheet's saved price. |
| Domestic delivery | In the seller-to-Oopbuy delivery amount attached to the order | Delivery within mainland China | See whether the goods total already includes it. |
| Packing | When parcel preparation and any associated charges are shown | The preparation or packaging you select | Read the included preparation and any optional upgrade separately. |
| International freight | As an estimate first, then an actual amount for the packed parcel | International shipment using the selected method | Match the final amount to the same parcel and any freight already paid. |
| Payment or currency conversion | In the provider's quoted debit and credited account amount | Any payment or conversion cost attached to funding | Keep the currencies and any included charges beside each record. |
| Optional services | When you select a service and see its charge | The particular add-on you choose | Add only selected services and count an included packing charge once. |
| Customs declaration service charge | With applicable parcel charges for the shipping method | The declaration service | Read the route's charge description; destination import tax is a separate question. |
Oopbuy groups the item and delivery within mainland China into goods cost. International freight is paid later, with an adjustment against the actual parcel amount. Compare saved item prices while browsing, then use the order and parcel amounts as they become available to follow your spending.
Ask what is included before adding anything
Start with the selected item, quantity and order total. If domestic delivery already appears in that total, count it there. If the delivery amount has yet to appear, look for it in the order before treating the item price as the goods total.
Apply the same rule to parcel preparation. An optional packing service may change protection, dimensions or both. Read packaging and volume to decide which choice suits your items, then use its displayed charge in your parcel costs.
For freight, route conditions help explain why destination and contents matter. Use the destination, parcel contents and selected route to fill in the freight amount when you have them.
Follow what you spend from your balance
Suppose you add money to your Oopbuy balance and then use that balance for an order. Counting both the full top-up and the order deduction as separate spending on the goods counts the same money twice. Some of the top-up may still be unspent.
Keep two views: what left your payment provider, and how much account credit was spent or remains. Follow a complete recharge example to see how those amounts fit together.
A discount belongs to the charge it reduces
A shipping coupon and a reduction in the selected item price affect different charges. If an offer is available, match it to the eligible charge and conditions, then use the amount that applies to your order. Understand coupon value before counting a bundle's headline value as savings.
Already paid estimated freight?
Compare the prepaid freight with the actual amount for that same shipment. Use the difference to see whether you need to pay more or should receive an excess back into your account.
Read estimated versus final freight for both outcomes: an additional payment when the actual amount is higher, or an excess returned to the account when it is lower.
