No QC photos? Start with which photos are missing
An empty public QC result and missing photos for your own Oopbuy order are different situations. First decide whether you are researching a find before buying or looking inside an existing order. That tells you where to look next without treating an empty image panel as a quality verdict.
You have not bought the itemYou have not bought the item
No public past-order photos means you have not found a visible photo history for that listing or option on the surface you checked. It does not establish that nobody has bought it, that the warehouse refuses to inspect it or that the item is good or bad.
Try to identify what is missing from your decision. If you need a size chart, a seller photo of the front will not answer it. If you need to see a clasp or sole shape, a past photo of the same option may be relevant, while a different version may mislead you.
Keep these image types separate:
| Image | Useful for | Question still open |
|---|---|---|
| Seller picture | Advertised shape, colour choices and presentation | What a particular buyer received |
| Public past-order photo | Visible details of that earlier item | Whether your chosen version matches it |
| Your own order photo | The item associated with your order | Details outside the photographed view |
Your order has not reached the warehouse
A purchase or seller-dispatch update is not the same as warehouse receipt. Check the order's current stage before expecting photos of an item in storage. The seller's pictures may already be visible while your own warehouse pictures do not yet exist.
Use order status meaning to understand the current stage. Do not borrow a public buyer photo and mentally attach it to your order just because the listing matches.
Your order shows receipt, but you cannot find its pictures
Open the specific order entry and check that you are viewing the right item rather than a parcel summary or another size from the same purchase. If the photo area remains missing or unresolved, ask about that order through Oopbuy's Order Inquiry, including its identifier and the status you can see.
That is an account-photo question, not a reason to search endlessly for public QC. Avoid assuming a fixed photo count or turnaround from someone else's order.
When pictures do appear
Match the pictured label, version and date before using the images to choose a size or option. QC photos explained shows what each photo type can help you judge and where a measurement tells you more than another general view.
