Does the price buy one piece, a pair or a set?
Find the unit of sale before comparing prices or changing quantity. A quantity of one can mean one item, one pair or one multi-piece pack. Match the selected option's included pieces with the order quantity so you know what should arrive.
Separate the unit from the number of unitsSeparate the unit from the number of units
These hypothetical examples show why the same quantity field can mean different things:
| Selected option | Quantity | Expected contents if described that way |
|---|---|---|
| One pair of socks | 1 | Two socks, one pair |
| Three-pair sock pack | 1 | Six socks, three pairs |
| Three-pair sock pack | 2 | Twelve socks, six pairs |
| Top and pants set | 1 | One top and one pair of pants |
Read the actual listing wording; a picture alone cannot establish these contents. A styled outfit might show several products while the selected option buys only one.
Oopbuy's buying guidance includes quantity selection alongside colour and size. Check all three in the summary, particularly after switching between single-piece and bundle options.
Compare price on the same basis
An illustrative ¥60 three-pair pack works out to ¥20 per pair. A ¥25 single pair costs more per pair but less in total if you only need one. This is item-price arithmetic, not a delivered-price comparison.
If a listing sets a minimum quantity, include that in the decision. A low displayed per-unit price can require buying more units than you want. Do not assume the sheet's saved amount includes the minimum or that a pack count is the same as the order quantity.
What about the accessories in the photo?
Make a short included-pieces list from the selected option: main item, strap, spare part, pouch, retail box or other named component. Treat display stands, styling props and background accessories as unresolved unless the description includes them.
For a bag, “with strap” and “bag only” are different purchases even if the same hero photo shows both. For a set, check whether the top and bottom are included and whether their sizes are fixed together.
When a piece seems missing
First compare the selected option and quantity with what the image actually shows. An accessory outside the frame is different from an accessory confirmed absent. If your own order needs clarification, use its Order Inquiry with the exact option and named missing piece.
Use option-photo mismatches if the thumbnail led you to expect a different package. For two-piece clothing, set sizing helps you check both garments before choosing the bundle.
